Jayne will break it all down to help you create a diet and lifestyle that contributes to your good health. |

3-DAY FOOD JOURNAL
This speaks volumes about what you are eating and when. You can fill in the form Jayne will provide and send it back to be discussed on the phone. Allow one hour for this. Sometimes all it takes is a few tweaks here and there to make a big difference in the way you feel, as well as what you see on the weigh scale. In many cases, the amount of food consumed in a day isn’t enough.
Jayne has many clients who have lost weight by eating more! Their energy levels have also increased. Certain food swaps can also improve digestion and reduce health issues for many clients.
Fee: $150
MEAL PLAN
If you need help creating a diet that promotes good health, improves metabolism as well as energy levels and takes the guesswork away from the food choices that are available, Jayne can do a 7-day meal plan. This will take into account lifestyle, food preferences, food sensitivities, weight loss or weight gain goals. Jayne will create this after an in-depth phone conversation.

In some cases, foods being advertised on television or in print as being healthy, only sabotage our health. Learn which foods lead to inflammation and many other problems, and which foods support our health and how.
Fee: Ranges from $250 to $500 depending on the size of the group.
